Notice of Temporary Downtime for MyCIEDS System (27/06/2025 - 28/06/2025)
Please be informed that a server maintenance activity will be carried out to facilitate system migration, maintenance, and performance enhancement of the MyCIEDS system. The details are as follows:
Date: 27 June 2025 – 28 June 2025 (Friday to Saturday)
Time: 11:00 PM (Friday) until 11.59 PM (Saturday)
During this period, the MyCIEDS system will experience service disruption (downtime), and all access to the system will be temporarily unavailable.

Pelaksanaan Sistem Dokumen Sokongan Import Eksport (SDSIE)

Dimaklumkan bahawa SDSIE telah dilaksanakan sepenuhnya pada 5 Ogos 2024 di Jabatan Kastam Diraja Malaysia Zon Tengah Unit (II) Selangor. Sehubungan dengan itu, semua penghantaran dokumen sokongan K1, K2, dan K3 (Penghantaran) perlu dilakukan melalui sistem yang telah ditetapkan.
